    We had already submitted the requested survey of this STR ordinance. We oppose this STR ordinance because we have not heard of any logical reason for adding this layer of bureaucracy, because the noise, trash, and traffic problems being cited all should have been handled by existing law. Assuming this STR will go through, please don't add undue burden on renting owners. For example, the proposed required CO2 alarms should not be required for units that have no gas service/adjacent garages.
